Assalamualaikum....

Today we enter at 07.00 to start early to make croissants and for those who are late getting the penalty of collecting plastic trash in the campus yard.
 

Actually this week we are still practicing the Fast Food menu, but today we are more focused on making croissants again. This time each group consisted of 3 people. So we also shared the task of preparing each ingredient. Today my friends and I make just one dough with a recipe given by our lecturer. We want to focus on making it, so we only make one recipe. From the results of the recipe book, we have failed several times, so we are more careful in order to get good results.
 

There is not much difference between the two recipes, only a few ingredients and the time needed for the resting process. The manufacturing process is the same, starting from making the dough, lamination, folding to the baking process. The end result was quite satisfying, it's just that the cavities in our Croissants are still lacking. Because of this, we also received a penalty of running 3 times round around the Kitchen.
