MID DAILLY ACTIVITY
Hai gauys, back to my blog i want tell you about what i doing in kitchen for today guys. Today i prepare for mid tomorow and I prepare menu rotasi 1.3 and I handle section soup and soup I prepare soup kacang merah ( red been soup) after that we one line because chef dino explain about what we doing for today.
at 11:00 we start prepare i prepare ingredients soup is carrot,turnip,beef, dan red been i cleaning carrot dan turnip and cutting marcedoine after that i put in the bowl with water and i take red been and beef after that we prepare spices for soup and i reduce until oil out and i make chicken stock.

in the morning we busy for open restauran i start boilling back chicken stock and whaitting chef dino come at 9.00 we put spices in the stock pot and beef and reduce whaitting chef dino at 9.45 chef dino come the kitchen and one line after one line we next in the job and that put carrot until 20 minutes and put turnip at 10.45 i put red been and at 11.00 start for pleating.
At 11.20 I explain in the restorant so this is the first time I explain in the restorant so I was very nerves after that I explain in the office I explain what I make in Mr. syarial, Mr. Syarial give advice to know what food we make is fasible for consumption, Knowledge of theory and practice must be balanced. After explain at 12.00 o’clock open resto order went out to restorant 26 pack. After close restoran we do general cleaning.
