Assalamulaikum Wr. Wb.

 Before recounting practical activities in the Kitchen, I would first like to wish you a Happy Eid al-Adha 1440 H In connection with this, today we are doing qurban 2 cows in the Kitchen, so there are no practical activities as usual. We were told by the in-charge lecturer to focus on distributing qurban and making lunch.
 

A week earlier we were given the task of making Sourdough, and this morning our lecturer checked the Sourdough one by one we made to find out the results by dipping a little dough into the water. If it floats, it means it works, if the opposite means it fails. And apparently none of us succeeded, we were given time to make it back.
 

After that, we share the task of doing the things that have been ordered. There are those who put up meat, make beef bone soup and vegetable soup, and cook rice. The thing that I do is prepare vegetables for soup, like carrots, potatoes and cabbage. Then proceed with counting eggs in each storage, due to the large number of eggs that are lacking. And then clean up the work area where we cut meat.
 

After everything was finished, at 14.00 we had lunch together. There isn't much we do today, most of the time is passed over just empty things. Even so, we were still late, even the oneline only took place at 20.30.
