Today my group is making a more recent menu, and we decided to make a Spring Roll. But this time we used cream and jelly from sticky tape as the filling. When we showed it to the lecturer, he said that it was delicious and our present menu was declared successful, thank God.

And today we are going to make mille crepes, mile crepes, which are layered modern food. well now we will make mille crepes that are different from usual, that is from traditional Makassar cakes with a modern look. and my group got the miloro-flavored crepes mille. and this is also part of the challenge of lecturers by making mille crebs as attractive as possible in accordance with the menu given.
then my team started making mille crepes and the ingredients are eggs, sugar, milk powder, pandanus water, flour. me and reva made the batter and another friend made sauce and stuffed mille crepes. To make mille crepes, first, mix all the dry ingredients, then add water little by little then pan the dough with one ladle each sheet on a non-stick teflon.
After that we started to arrange mille crepes with custrad cream filling which was added with liquid brown sugar. for its height which is 7 cm. After that we put it in the chiller. And today we only finish up to the coating stage, and for garnish we do tomorrow. After that we clean clean and lunch together then go home ..
