Assalamualaikum...
 
After making fermented pots the day before, this morning my group again tried to make Apang Paranggi, when the process of baking our dough had already expanded and bloomed, but when it was taken out of the Apang oven we became stubborn, and the results were the same as yesterday. Since no group has succeeded in making Apang, the production was stopped this week because the rice flour supply has run out.

For the present menu, I tried making it again with the Tarlet Sauce Tape menu. I prepared all the ingredients and made it wholeheartedly hoping that all of them would be accepted and the results could not be accepted by the lecturer. They said that they were not interesting and not the present menu.
