Assalamualaikum....

Today not only Bakpia was made, but also made Lapis Legit. For this reason, our lecturer divided 12 groups into two parts, odd groups made Bakpia, while even groups made Lapis Legit. Incidentally my group is an odd group. this time the group is the same as the Croissant group of 3 people.

Before making pia, we looked for references with YouTube and looked for recipes. After that we started making pia. To make pia we need extra patience because at the stage of filling the pia mixture is easily cracked. and when burning pia must have the same color and texture that is not broken. and when cooked and when bitten, it must be spread and in layers.

And my group In our first experiment, there was a broken pia and something that worked, but the coating and texture were good, so our product was successful and there was no need to repeat it.
