Dailly Activity ( English Version ) 11

Assalamualaikum....

Today we arrived early because we had to continue the process of making Croissants. Not only that, we also re-made Sour Bread and the latest is Tartlet but it will continue tomorrow because the dough must be stored overnight in the chiller.

After finishing, we had lunch together, then did general cleaning. Before leaving, we received direction from the lecturer regarding filling the LSP log book or Assessment for the competency test that we were required to do this semester, and were given the task to complete the requirements so that we could receive a competency certificate. After that, at 18:45 we went home.
