The third day of practice is the first week. Semesters 3 and 5 are asked to come at 7 am. When I got to the kitchen, I left some of my friends who were working on the croissants that had been left overnight in the chiller. I also had the dough that I kept in the chiller overnight, but unfortunately the dough I had was submerged in water so I couldn't use it. .

After pak ical came my group was called and then I ran away as a punishment for failure which was delayed yesterday. Although I gave up, I still tried to make a new mixture using mixing dough until the mixture was smooth. But the dough was very soft and the shortening inside broke and there was no layer in the dough. I decided to throw it away and today I didn't get a good croissant.

I began to pay close attention to croissants made by Agung, and wondered how he made them.

At 03.00 pm, we began cleaning the work area and doing general cleaning in the Pastry, resting and returning home at 06.30 pm.
