Dailly Activity (English Version) 2

Assalamualaikum Wr. Wb.

Tuesday, 30 July 2019. The second day of practice in semester 5. I came earlier than yesterday because I want to quickly make a croissant dough because according to how to make a book the dough must be allowed to stand for 2 hours in the chiller and besides that today there will be an open order from the korean group so we should make the dough earlier so that we don't interfere with other groups

After 2 hours of rest in the chiller, I started to roll to the width then started in  shortening it, then I folded and rolled it carefully with feeling and asked not to fail. after that I made a single fold for the first fold and then let it rest on the chiller for 30 minutes then remove it then roll again full again into two single folds and then leave it for 15 minutes in the chiller. the last one is the dough I cracked and the shortening came out until the batter was very crappy until I went home and immediately rolled it with disappointment and folded it in double folds then shaped it and the profing then baked until most of it was still open croissant hikkssss so much liked that I had wholeheartedly done it. after that sir we start and we run 3 times and it will be 2 times if go home no longer works.

Then we do general cleaning and go home at 05.42 pm.
