Dailly Activity ( English Version) 1

Monday, July 29, 2019 First day of practice on semester 5. That morning we relaxed a little while sitting in front of the kitchen waiting for friends who had not yet come. Suddenly Mr. Ical asked to clean up the kitchen front yard because there was a slight improvement in the front yard of the kitchen, after that we were online as well as to divide the latest groups for fast food menus this week, we were divided into 3 groups. There are American latin Menu , Korean Menu and Croissants.

We joined oneline also with groups 1 and 2 and chef dino who explained what we were going to do.

I was in the group making croissants and then we were given the opportunity to repeat twice. In this group, we divide ourselves into making croissants. Together with Devira, I started making croissants with senior recipients, but Pak ical apparently told us to succeed in accordance with the recipie's books.firts making dought failled because shortening the dought out from de layer the dought and again i making new dought and it's the same that the dough is shortening is out from the layer dought but I did not give up I continued until I baked my croissant even though the results failed.

Finally I decided to give up on continuing my bad croissants and chose to better start by reading and looking for references before making them the next day.

At 3:40 pm, we do general cleaning until 6:00 pm. Give a little direction by the ical, then go home at 07.30 pm.
