DAILY ACTIVITY

    Hallo guys back to my blog today is the first day of practice this week at 08.00 we oneline and then we entered to the kitchen, but there are different on this day. because, we practice on cold kitchen not on the main kitchen. we don't now why sir ical ask us to practice on the cold kitchen which is on the cold kitchen is small kitchen and we will practice with 35 person. but we always carry out the command from sir ical. after we entered on the cold kitchen, the senior want to review all the basic knowledge.

  at 09.30 sir ical just tell to us for we directly prepare and then he not explain about the menu, and we not already yet make it before. so, every step when we prepare, we just ask the senior. and for today, my group get the soup. so we just prepare and tomorrow we mix all ingredients.
at 15.00 we general cleaning and then we one line after that we go home.
