     Hi guys back again with me sitti aisyah who will be telling you about what I do one today in polytechnic kitchen of tourism today at 6:45 pm I leave from home to campus and traveling which takes time for approximately 30 minutes and I arrived at 07.15 and arrived dikitchen it turns senior brother who incas came one senior brother who I have not known his name and my other friends have not come and mega end come and I to canteen first to memebeli bread and milk after returning from canteen one by one my friend come    

     We are one line at 08:07 before we checked the completeness first then we are one line in the main kitchen according to the group since my group is not there because my room is not to the campus due to soaking wet on the streets and finally I went home and did not continue to campus in the end I was appointed to into the dessert group afterwards we were instructed by the seniors to look back at the preaparean which was lacking while waiting for the chef aldino to come and finally after a few minutes the  chef aldino came. Then our one line and chef aldino explained first a little what we should do today and then we each group to kestationnya to start work and chef aldino around each group to explain and mencihtkan way of making that they make and finally chef aldino to the dessert station is the place in the pastry and he shows how to frost yellow butter cake into ombre cake but cream cheesenya less good finally ombrenya not

This is the result of our group's dessert 

     After that we started also to frosting all the butter cake we made yesterday which amounted to 5 cake and set difrosting we put it into chiller and wait till open restauran beru we cut it and pluck it diplate set open restaurant we start to cut and mempleating diplate and put into chiller to keep it cold and cream cheesenya not melt we pleating up to 22 plate after 22 plates out we wait again ordera to closing the restaurant. we do not forget to also prepare french bread in bread basket and butter in butter dish because we are partially assigned to be a food chaker and some to bolt dessert




menu today is:




chicken salad hawaian 








shrimp bisque 



beef stew,zucchini saute provencale,baked potatoes 


yellow butter cake 

afther that we prepare for luch tommorow


cleaning vegetable 


cutting 

cutting fish 


marinaed fish

blance vegetable


afther finish of preaperan we cleaning table working and waiting for grup other and then we general cleaning and we one line for come back to home.
